Refund Policy

However, we understand that in certain situations, you may need to cancel an order, request an exchange, return, or seek a refund. Order Cancellation:

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at service@WarmLivings.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, refer to our return or exchange process mentioned below.

Return and Exchange Process:

  1. If you receive a defective or incorrect product and wish to exchange it, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product by emailing service@WarmLivings.com.

  2. Provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting evidence such as photos or videos.

  3. Once we confirm the accuracy of the product, we will provide you with the return address for our product, and we will also ship the necessary product to you.

Please note that replacement items must be in the unused original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all costs, and no refund will be issued.

Return Process: If you are dissatisfied with the purchased item and wish to return it, contact our customer support team at service@WarmLivings.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

  1. Clearly state your order number, reason for return, and any supporting evidence such as photos or videos.

  2. After confirming that the product is not damaged or has other issues, we will provide you with the return address.

  3. You need to send the goods to the specified address. Upon receiving the goods, we will inspect the status of the items before processing your refund.

Ensure that the returned items remain in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.

Unless the return is due to our error (such as product quality, damage during transportation, or sending the wrong model), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned items, our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return standards.

  2. Upon successful inspection, we will initiate the refund process.

  3. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  4. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
